Return Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase,
we will be happy to assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
 

Please follow these steps to return your package:

• You must contact poppylingerie.com before you send your package to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

• Please write your issued RA# number on the outside of your return package so it can be visible and easily be viewed.

• All Returns must happen before 7 days from receiving the package.

• Returns must be returned with the original tags and package and in resalable condition.

• All pre-packed and sealed items cannot be returned if opened.

• Novelties: Adult toys and marital aids are sold as novelty items only. We do not accept returns or exchanges on novelty items. Battery operated and A.C. powered products are individually tested prior to shipping. This policy is upheld for the protection of all our customers and assurance that the merchandise selected is new and unused at the time of delivery. This policy also protects our employees from handling or exposing themselves to unsanitary conditions or potential STD's. We make no representation or warranty of any kind, nature, or implied with respect to the merchandise, the use of or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer holds harmless the seller for any liability.

• All body stockings, panties and other items that have direct contact with the crotch area can not be returned or exchanged.

• 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned packages with an RA#.

• All refused packages will be subject of shipping charge and 15% restocking fee charges.

• 30% restocking fee will be charged for all retuned packages without and RA#.

• Shipping charges are not refundable on return packages.

• Money will be refund only 15 days of purchase (Customer receiving the product), otherwise a poppylingerie.com credit will be issued for your next purchase.

• All orders cancelled before shipping will NOT BE CHARGED.

• All custom made items are non refundable nor exchangeable.

• All Halloween Costumes must be returned/exchanged before October 15th.

All Clubwear items may or may not be considered intimate apparel. Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot offer a return or exchange on any intimate apparel. An item is considered intimate apparel if any portion of the product comes in contact with the genital area.
